All orders within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post - Express Post. Delivery times designated in the above table may be longer for regional areas.
All International orders will be shipped with Australia Post - International Standard Post. Taxes and duties may be payable within your country and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for these additional charges. If these charges are not accepted by the customer, the package will be returned to Born the Label and the customer will be refunded the cost of the order minus any additional shipping costs.
If you find that you aren't fully happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) and we will do an exchange for store credit. To be eligible for a return you must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be in original condition and must not have been worn or washed.
- Swings tags must still be attached to the product.
Once the item has been returned and it meets the above conditions, we will send a store credit voucher to your nominated email address. Born the Label only offers store credit and does not offer refunds.
If you are returning an item due to incorrect sizing it may be possible to do a straight exchange however this will depend on stock availability.
Original shipping costs won't be credited or refunded and any postage costs, taxes or duties incurred for returns will be at the cost of the customer.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
If you want to proceed with a return and your item meets the above conditions please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have been in contact with us and we have discussed the reasoning behind the return, you will need to post your item(s) along with your original confirmation email to the following address:

Once we have received your return and determined that it meets the necessary conditions we will issue you with your store credit voucher.
Born the Label recommends using tracked shipping for your return to ensure it's safe arrival.
We aim to provide you with high quality activewear so please let us know immediately if you find any faulty or damaged items. We can be contacted via email at email@example.com and we can arrange an exchange for store credit or a full refund.
If the product is found to be damaged from misuse or from not following the correct care instructions an exchange or refund will not be given.
